Do you want to shape the future of protein and sports-nutrition, working on one of our leading brands? Then join us as a Senior Global Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) manager in Paris, and be at the forefront of shaping our global brand strategy.
This is a high-impact role: As the lead business partner for Equity and Communications, you will shape the global learning agenda to transform insights into strategic opportunities and drive impactful decision-making.
Reporting into the Global Protein Director, and working as a trusted partner to the Global YoPro Equity Director, you will generate the evidence, insights, and recommendations that guide mid-to-long-term brand strategy, communication development, creative effectiveness, ambassador partnerships, and long-term equity growth.
Beyond delivering research/analysis, you will be expected to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, identify growth opportunities, and proactively shape business decisions. You will also lead relationships with a network of global agency partners, ensuring that the latest methodologies and thinking are translated into clear business actions.
This CDI will take place in our Global Headquarters in Paris (75009).
Your main missions will be:
1-Strategic Partner

Champion consumer-centric decision making when collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Own and deliver strong insights by connecting dots across projects and bring them to life in an inspiring way so they have strong impact on the business.

Collaborate with global, zone and local teams (including Danone marketing and media teams)
2-Drive Brand-building excellence

Conducts in-depth market research, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making about brand positioning and marketing strategies.

Identify growth opportunities to strengthen brand equity, distinctive assets, communication effectiveness, ambassador partnerships, media strategy, and consumer engagement.

Partner with SIA Protein Director and cross-functional team to identify the biggest growth opportunities that inform our 2028+ brand plan.

Source and collaborate with external agency partners to ensure high-quality thinking and consumer-centric outputs.

Operating at global, zone and local level, the SIA team turns human insights and data into powerful growth strategies.
