Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to:
Lead the development, accreditation, and continuous improvement of a global service centre network for the Condition Monitoring product portfolio.
Ensure a harmonised, ISO-compliant service and calibration offering across Parker-accredited centres, with robust documentation control, certification, standard work, and process mapping.
Drive audit readiness and annual audit execution, elevate technician capability, and deliver a seamless customer experience through defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and measurable performance improvement.
Responsibilities
Training and Capability:
Develop, deliver, and maintain a global service centre training programme and training matrix; ensure records are current and aligned to latest revisions.
Coach technicians and coordinators; establish certification tiers by skill.
Process and Continuous Improvement:
Oversee end-to-end repair and service processes across accredited centres; use the Parker Lean System (PLS) to eliminate waste and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
Standardise work instructions, tooling/calibration methods, and test protocols.
Provide hands-on technical support for complex calibration/repair issues, failure investigation and method/test protocol improvements as required
Documentation and Compliance:
Own document control for service procedures, calibration methods, certificates, and forms; ensure revision control and controlled distribution via the approved portal.
Ensure compliance to Parker QMS, ISO 9001, and where applicable ISO/IEC 17025.
Customer and Communications:
Ensure professional handling of calls and emails; meet SLAs for TTFR (time to first response) and resolution.
Partner with Customer Service on complaint handling and 5D/8D responses.
Travel to service centres on a frequent basis (monthly) to deliver training, undertake audits and provide occasional escalation support
Comply with all regulatory and customer/site specific EH&S requirements during visits/audits.

Establish centre-level and network-level reporting (volume, TAT, OTR, FRACAS, escapes,
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in servicing and calibration
Minimum 7 years in a lead skilled operator role
Comprehensive knowledge of complex electro mechanical assembly
Understanding of accreditation and ISO standards for calibration and servicing, including auditing
Extensive Customer facing experience (e.g. training, problem solving with customers)
Ideally previous experience of managing a team
English level : B2/C1
