United Sport & Cycle is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team! These are permanent positions primarily within our Division 2 - Hockey department with opportunities to also work in many areas of the store. This role strives to create extraordinary memories with our customers in helping them gear up for their sports and throughout their season!
You’re known for your amazing personality which is why you always deliver a legendary in-store experience for customers. You also have the opportunity to assist in driving profitable sales growth in our hockey department by recommending equipment based on customer preference.

Has 3+ years of previous/continuous experience playing or coaching hockey.

Possesses 2+ years of customer service/sales experience (in retail an asset)

Is a passionate team player who knows the importance of going above and beyond for the customer.

Has an interest in and a background knowledge of hockey gear and skates.

Your customer service skills are beyond measure and go above & beyond.

You have an ability to connect with your customers so they feel heard and appreciated.
