About Inovexus
Inovexus is a cross-border acceleration fund and private investment community backing early-stage B2B tech founders with global ambitions. With a network of 2,000+ investors, founders, and mentors across 20+ countries, we provide capital, strategic guidance, and access to international networks — collaborating closely with founders to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
The Head of Investor Community is responsible for structuring the member experience (onboarding, engagement programs, ambassador initiatives), identifying and activating the most influential members, and transforming the community into a true value driver for Inovexus.
The community should also become a source of organic acquisition, attracting new investors through the quality of interactions, the strength of the brand, and member referrals.
Your Role
As the Head of Investor Community, you are responsible to design, develop, and lead an engaged investor community. Build and scale a trusted and active network that encourages regular participation in investments, meaningful exchanges between members, and value creation for the broader ecosystem.
Through community initiatives, events, inbound strategies, content, and targeted interactions, the role aims to encourage reinvestment from existing members, facilitate strategic introductions between investors, entrepreneurs, and partners, and strengthen network effects within the community.
1. Investor Community & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GP investors and key members of the Inovexus community.
- Develop programs that increase member engagement, participation, and reinvestment.
- Design and continuously improve the investor journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Identify and activate high-value and influential members to strengthen network effects.
- Develop ambassador and referral initiatives that turn members into active contributors to community growth.
- Facilitate strategic connections between investors, founders, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Investor Communications & Community Activation
- Own the structure and cadence of investor communications across key community touchpoints.
- Develop content and engagement initiatives that keep investors informed, connected, and active.
- Design and lead investor events, dinners, pitching sessions, and community experiences across Europe.
- Work closely with Partners and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a high-quality member experience.
- Build initiatives that create meaningful interactions between members and reinforce Inovexus as a trusted investor network.
3. Community Growth, Analytics & Inbound Acquisition
- Develop inbound strategies that attract high-quality investors through events, content, referrals, and organic channels.
- Build acquisition funnels that convert community engagement into qualified new members.
- Track and optimize key community metrics, including engagement, participation, referrals, reinvestment, and member growth.
- Capture and structure community feedback to inform Inovexus’s strategy, investor offering, and dealflow.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve the member experience and strengthen community performance.
- Establish scalable systems and processes that support the continued growth of the community.
