JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at PearlPay, focusing on enhancing our Loan Management System (PearlPay LMS), which includes both a legacy version built on Mifos X and a new version being rewritten in Ruby on Rails.
The new version is still under development, and the role will involve supporting both versions as we transition to the updated platform. The role will also extend to supporting other PearlPay products, including our Payment Gateway and Cashout solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience in business analysis, specifically in the context of financial products or loan management systems.
Familiarity with accounting principles and experience in supporting accounting software transitions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to write clear and concise product requirements and user stories. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting cross-functional teams.
Experience with Mifos X or similar financial solutions.
Background in payment gateway systems or fintech products
