What the job involves
As a senior investor, you will be a core member of a lean, high-performing investment team, with exposure across the full investment lifecycle:
- Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Leading and supporting due diligence, including market analysis, commercial assessment, and financial modelling
- Building investment theses and presenting opportunities to the partnership
- Working closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy, go-to-market, and fundraising
- Developing strong relationships with founders, operators, and the broader VC ecosystem
- Contributing to the fund's thematic research and sector insights
Who we are looking for
- 3-7 years' experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth start-ups
- Strong interest in consumer brands and sustainability
- Demonstrated ability to assess businesses commercially and analytically
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working closely with founders
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
- Highly ambitious and commercially sharp
