As a Production Operator at our Aumont-Aubrac site, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process.

- Operate and monitor manufacturing, packaging, and production equipment.
- Control machinery and production line processes in accordance with operating procedures.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Support manufacturing, packaging, and material handling activities.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products as required.
- Follow established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Accurately complete production documentation and records.
- Identify and report equipment issues, product quality concerns, or safety risks.
- Participate in cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or packaging environment is an advantage.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and safely handle production equipment.
- Experience working in the food, ingredients, chemical, or related manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality standards.
- Forklift or other industrial equipment certifications.
- Experience with automated production systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
