The John Taylor Bordeaux agency is looking for experienced professionals with at least 2 years of experience in luxury real estate, specializing in the following areas:
- Pyla-Arcachon
- Bordeaux Talence
- Bordeaux Pessac
- Bordeaux Mérignac
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for new exceptional properties, particularly in the sought-after areas.
- Appraise residential properties that meet the brand’s high standards.
- Organize and conduct property viewings from the portfolio.
- Advise and support our buyer and seller clients.
- Negotiate transactions while protecting the interests of all parties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of the high-end market in the targeted areas.
- Fluency in English and/or a second language.
- Responsive, autonomous, organized, experienced, and persistent.
- Successful first experience in property transactions in this sector.
- A passion for brokering exceptional properties.
