The IT Team is looking for the new IT Manager Network & Security, to join the Paris Corporate Office, starting from September 2026.
The Manager IT, Networks & Security is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructures and associated protection systems.
The role leads operations, infrastructure evolution projects, and security initiatives to ensure a high level of service across the entire scope.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT, Corporate, the position works closely with the Director of IT, Digital Workplace & Information Security on security, compliance, and risk management topics.
The role is responsible for implementing the security policies, standards, and controls defined at IT leadership and compliance level.
Missions :
Oversee the operation, administration, and evolution of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, segmentation, remote access) and associated security components.
Deploy, maintain, and optimize security solutions (firewalls, EDR, endpoint protection, anti-spam, anti-phishing, web filtering, monitoring tools).
Implement security policies, procedures, standards, and action plans defined by IT leadership and compliance.
Conduct technical risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and lead remediation plans.
Contribute to security incident management, investigation, response coordination, and lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Deliver projects into production in coordination with IT teams and external partners.
Maintain architecture, configuration, and hardening standards for network environments.
Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the overall improvement of cybersecurity maturity.

Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate external partners

Ability to work in an international and demanding environment
Education and experience :
4 to 5 years of higher education
Languages :
Fluency in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus.
