JOB DETAILS
- Job type: Part-time
- Shift: Evening
- Location: On-site — La Condamine, Monaco
- Reports to: Founder & Head Chef
- Monthly hours: 95.3 hours/month
WORKING SCHEDULE
- Sunday: 6 hours (times TBC)
- Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 22:00 (5 hours/day)
THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Evening Juicer to lead our after-hours production from Sunday to Thursday. You will be responsible for cold-pressing our juices, bottling, labelling, and leaving the kitchen immaculate — so the team is ready to serve from the moment we open. This role is built to grow: as we expand our production laboratory in Nice, the right candidate will evolve into a full-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
- Cold-press juice production (retail, B2B, and cleanses)
- Bottling and labelling
- Quality control of each production batch
- Strict adherence to recipes and internal standards Hygiene & Organisation
- Deep cleaning of juicing machines and equipment
- Maintenance of production refrigerators
- Washing and sanitising fruits and vegetables
- Daily expiration date checks (DLC)
- Strict application of HACCP standards Inventory & Logistics
- Organising and storing produce correctly
- Managing stock levels
- Anticipating production needs and reporting shortages
REQUIREMENTS
- French: required
- English: required
- Food production or kitchen experience: required
- HACCP knowledge: required
- Hospitality or F&B experience: appreciated
- Genuine passion for health, plant-based nutrition, and the environment: essential
