As a Performance Project Manager, you won't just track numbers — you'll tell the story behind them.
Your role is to drive and monitor Procurement Performance, turning complex data into compelling insights that demonstrate Procurement's strategic contribution to AXA's growth. You'll be a trusted voice across the organization, engaging with senior executives and operational teams alike to influence decisions that matter.

Own the Sourcing pipeline — Partner with Sourcing teams and Finance to define, build, monitor and report on performance, ensuring full visibility at every level of the organization

The division
You'll join the Group Procurement division, whose mission is to increase AXA's competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end procurement cycle and building a high-performance, sustainable, and risk-managed supplier base.
The department / team
You'll be part of the Group Procurement Performance & Data team — a strategic unit at the crossroads of finance, operations, and executive decision-making.
