Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall operation and management of the French Cdiscount platform and other Marketplace stores, including but not limited to:
- Product listing and optimization
- Listing SEO
- Page content maintenance
- Campaign planning and execution
- Sales growth and profit management
2.Develop and implement platform operation strategies to improve:
- GMV
- Conversion rate
- Average order value
- Store ratings and account health
3.Analyze the French local e-commerce market, competitors, and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
4.Manage platform advertising and ROI optimization, including:
- Sponsored Ads
- Deal campaigns
- Promotion management
5.Coordinate inventory and supply chain management to ensure:
- Healthy inventory turnover
- Low out-of-stock rate
- Delivery performance
6.Handle daily platform operational issues, including:
- Customer complaints
- Platform policy follow-up
- Account risk management

8.Prepare regular operational analysis reports and propose actionable optimization plans.
Your Profile
1.Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, International Trade, French, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce or French local e-commerce platform operations.
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Cdiscount
- ManoMano
- Fnac
- is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the French e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and Marketplace (MKP) operation logic.
2. Language Requirements
- French can be used as a working language (written and spoken), including:
- Independent communication with platforms
- Customer complaint handling
- Business email communication
- Coordination with local French partners
- English can be used as a working language, including:
- Cross-border team communication
- Daily meetings
- Data and operational reporting
3.Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in:
- Excel
- BI/Data tools preferred
- Results-oriented with strong focus on sales growth and profitability.

4.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a French local company
- Experience in 3C / consumer electronics / smart home industries
