In Paris, with more than 70% foreign buyers, John Taylor is more than ever the recognized specialist for international clients. As part of its development, JOHN TAYLOR PARIS is looking for an alternating transaction negotiator for its Rive Droite and Rive Gauche agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Student in real estate, commerce, or similar field
Dynamic, organized and with excellent interpersonal skills
Negotiation and communication skills
Autonomous and able to work in a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Work-study contract (apprenticeship / professionalization). Contract duration: 1 year minimum
Remuneration in accordance with the legislation in force for work-study contracts.
Currently undergoing BAC+2/+3 training in real estate, commerce, or equivalent.
