Role: EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner
Location: Sophia Antipolis, France
Talent Operations:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance and support to employees and managers across a broad range of people matters, while leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience by using AI-powered solutions where appropriate to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, company policies, and local compliance requirements, ensuring these are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, leveraging HCM automation to improve data integrity, streamline processes, and support efficient HR operations.
- Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage employee benefits administration and act as a key point of contact for benefits-related guidance and support.
- Partner with the local HR Business Partner to coordinate Professional Interviews (Entretiens Professionnels and Entretiens de Suivi) in line with French legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the local HR Business Partner to develop and deliver annual training plans, incorporating AI-enabled learning platforms where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operation processes through the responsible use of AI and automation, supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed and contribute to regional HR projects, including digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives where applicable.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to automate documentation, enhance knowledge management, streamline workflows, improve employee experience, and drive continuous process improvement across HR operations.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM, including data management, reporting, system administration, and process optimization.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data validation, lookup functions, conditional formatting and data modelling.
- Knowledge of emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and digital transformation initiatives, with a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and improving operational effectiveness.
- Skilled in process automation and workflow optimization, utilizing AI, digital tools to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
- Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
- Highly organized with multitasking capabilities; able to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Thrives in environments with shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Capable of executing tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines.
