At Kroll, we are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Investigations, Due Diligence and Compliance team in Paris. The role focuses on conducting in-depth research and intelligence gathering across a broad range of matters, including enhanced due diligence, integrity assessments, asset tracing, fraud investigations, forensic assignments, reputation management and dispute support engagements. The successful candidate will work on matters involving France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg and French-speaking Africa, while also supporting investigations across other international jurisdictions. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of investigations, business intelligence, law, finance and geopolitical analysis.
Navigating Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) investigations using public records, commercial databases, media archives, judicial filings, corporate registries and proprietary research tools.
Perform detailed research on companies, individuals, beneficial ownership structures and politically exposed persons (PEPs).
Analyze social media footprints, digital profiles and online reputational risks.
Support enhanced due diligence engagements for private equity firms, financial institutions, law firms and multinational corporations.
Assist in asset tracing investigations, identifying corporate interests, real estate holdings, litigation records and other indicators of wealth.
Contribute to forensic and dispute-related assignments through document review, financial analysis and intelligence gathering.
Prepare concise, well-structured and client-ready reports in French and English.
Monitor developments relating to corruption, sanctions, regulatory enforcement, financial crime and reputational risks.
Conduct research on local political, economic and business environments, particularly within Francophone jurisdictions and African markets.
Work closely with senior investigators and directors on complex cross-border matters.

- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear and actionable conclusions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Native or near-native French.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Additional African or European languages are considered an asset.
