Job Description
The Salesforce Solution Expert role combines functional design, workshop facilitation, user training, and continuous improvement. This position is intended for a Salesforce Expert who wishes to act as a functional lead for both our teams and our clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Salesforce Solution Expert (M/F), you will serve as a functional reference point within our teams and for our clients. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions while ensuring their alignment with business needs.

Ensure functional design and standard Salesforce configuration.

Facilitate functional workshops to gather and formalize business requirements.

Propose advanced solutions tailored to expressed needs and Salesforce best practices.

Ensure the quality of functional deliverables, including specifications, user guides, and process models.

Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business processes and workflows.

Train users and administrators to ensure their autonomy and adoption of the platform.

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement through Salesforce.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide advanced functional support on complex projects.

Obtain a minimum of two Salesforce certifications per year.
Qualifications

Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification).

Functional expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business processes.

Ability to write clear and detailed functional specifications.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce standard configuration tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).

Experience supporting end users and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Good understanding of data management challenges and business workflows.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with both teams and clients.
