Our activity is looking for an Finance Controller Apprentice for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to 1000 collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.
You will join the Finance team of Forvia Hydrogen Solutions R&D, at the heart of the financial steering of generic programs. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D, HR, and Purchasing teams, gaining direct exposure to the strategic challenges of technological development.
This experience is a true career accelerator and may be followed by a VIE assignment in one of the many regions where Forvia operates — Europe, the Americas, Africa, or Asia. Each year, more than 300 young talents embark on a fully immersive international experience through the Group’s global mobility programs.

Your missions:

Support, under the supervision of the Program Controller, the budget monitoring of the various programs.

Participate in cost consolidation, variance analysis, and the preparation of forecasts.

Contribute to the development of business cases and to the assessment of project profitability.

Assist in improving financial monitoring tools, including updates and process optimization.

Monitoring subsidies, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Prepare financial materials for project reviews
