Required Skills:
- SPC4 certified
- SAFe experienced (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise)
- SAFe Agilest
- Scaled Agile
- SCRUM Master Certification.
Technical Skills:
- Coach teams on effective execution of Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
- Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: Creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis.
- Coach teams on how decompose high level requirements (BGOs) into User Stories using techniques such as User Story Mapping.
- Influence: Scrum Teams and Product Owners. Fundamentals: Scrum, Project Inception, Meeting Facilitation, Lean and Kanban.
- Perform daily updates to business and IT leaders on team progress.
- Manage daily project deliverables and update rally/project plans.
- Coordinate with 3rd party teams on system needs, requirements, issue resolution and expedite solution implementation.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Facilitates the daily scrums
- Ensures that the team adheres to its chosen process and removes blocking issues.
- Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive.
- Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions
- Removes barrier
- Shields the team from external interferences
- Participates in Scrum of Scrums for large Programs.
