IBS is recruiting a regional sales associate for EMEA (H/F)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic semiconductor customers across EMEA and customers from Research Institutions and Universities
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers to support long-term revenue growth and customer retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Fab Managers, Engineering Directors, Purchasing Managers, R&D Leaders, and Executive Management
- Identify opportunities for equipment sales, upgrades, service contracts, process development activities, and other IBS solutions within new and existing customer accounts
- Coordinate regular customer reviews and business meetings to ensure alignment with customer objectives and requirements
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address commercial or operational issues
- Work closely with engineering, service, operations, and management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer support
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and proposal presentations with strategic customers
- Identify and develop new contacts and business opportunities within new and existing customer organisations
- Support prospecting activities and the acquisition of new strategic accounts where appropriate
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems
- Monitor market developments, customer investment plans, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Represent IBS at customer events, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions
Profile :
Background :
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Materials Science, Technical Business, or a related discipline
- 5 years experience in sales or technical role either as Individual Contributor or team management
Prerequisites :
- Experience in Technical Sales preferably with technical knowledge on Plasma Immersion Ion-Implanters applications and customer processes
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and capital equipment environments
Key Skills :
- Experience selling technical solutions, process equipment, engineering services, or advanced technology products
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA
Nice-to-haves :
- Experience of negotiating with C-Level executives in large semiconductor manufacturers would be ideal
