About this opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ericsson to support customer engagement and advocacy in France. This role will join the Marketing & Communication team for Customer Unit West Europe, led by a Marketing & Communication Customer Unit Head. This team is part of the wider team Marketing, Communications and Sustainability for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will have regular interactions with sales and act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, driving initiatives that align marketing with business priorities.
What you will do:
Marketing strategy and execution

Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for prioritized accounts in France (telecom operators and mission-critical customers), in close collaboration with sales.

Localize and orchestrate multichannel campaigns, adapting global content for local relevance and delivering high-impact events, digital activations, case studies, and other initiatives aligned with market needs.

Drive customer advocacy, capturing use cases and customer success stories and turning them into compelling, commercially valuable marketing assets.

Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to track engagement, measure KPIs and recommend ongoing optimizations.
Coordination
- Coordinate with your peers in the wider EMEA Marketing community.

Manage relationship with external agencies and pilot budget allocation.

Champion adoption of AI tools to boost content generation and campaign effectiveness.
The skills you bring:

6+ years of proven marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment after a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

Excellent written and spoken French (primary working language for this role) and professional working proficiency in English

Strategic mindset able to craft compelling, brand-aligned strategies combined with excellent execution skills in Account-Based Marketing and event management.

Skilled in leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
