As our Key International Account Manager - Active Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the global strategy for one of our most strategic customers within our Active Beauty business. Partnering closely with the Global Head of Sales, you will drive growth, profitability, and innovation while leading a team delivering exceptional customer partnerships.
The position reports to our Global Head of Sales and can be based either in Argenteuil or Pomacle in France.
Your role

Define the business strategy for Active Beauty for the account, establishing main goals and actions needed to deliver them effectively.

Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and margins for the account, ensuring appropriate management of expenses and profitability.

Lead and support the account team to accelerate business growth.

Build and nurture strong relationships with senior-level managers at the customer.

Manage price negotiations and steer the opportunity pipeline to achieve growth objectives.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers from other regions in a matrix environment to support the account where required.

Inspire and guide marketing, formulation, R&D, and technical managers on projects for the account, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Identify gaps and opportunities for the customer and its consumers, providing insights and feedback to the Commercial Head, R&D, and Marketing teams.
Your profile
A Bachelor’s degree - preferably in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry; an MBA is a plus.- 10+ years of relevant B2B account management experience, with a proven track record in driving growth and managing complex key accounts.
- Experience in the cosmetic ingredients or personal care industry.
- Experience managing distributors and leading teams.
- Strong account management, financial acumen, and strategic thinking skills.
- A solid understanding of industry technical aspects and market dynamics.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
