About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the F&B Department, the Commis de Salle is responsible for the following duties:
You will contribute to and ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality service, delivering a unique experience to each guest while applying the established standards.
You will carry out the various tasks related to preparation, service, and cleaning.
You will also be responsible for clearing and resetting the tables.
As Commis de Salle, we expect from you:
A first experience in high-end dining would be an advantage (internship, apprenticeship, or permanent contract).
Ideally, you have a background in hospitality and catering training.
You have a professional level of proficiency in both French and English.
