As a Sales Manager – France, you will play a critical role in driving Plenit's commercial growth and market expansion across France. Your mission will be to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization capable of generating sustainable revenue growth, activating strategic partners, and strengthening Plenit's position within the French IT channel ecosystem.
Your role will cover two complementary dimensions. First, you will define and execute the commercial strategy for France, identifying market opportunities, developing partner acquisition initiatives, and building growth plans to increase revenue across both new and existing partners. Second, you will lead and develop a team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Presales Consultants, ensuring that strategy is translated into disciplined execution, pipeline generation, and consistent commercial performance.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset. You will be expected to understand the French technology market, identify where Plenit can win, define clear priorities, and work closely with the team to execute them successfully. You will remain actively involved in strategic opportunities, key partner relationships, and complex negotiations, stepping in personally when your experience and leadership can accelerate results.
You will report directly to Plenit's senior sales leadership and work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Presales teams. You will be responsible for creating strong alignment across functions to ensure partners receive a consistent experience throughout their journey with Plenit.
A key part of the role will be understanding what drives growth in the French market. You will analyse sales performance, partner engagement, pipeline quality, market trends, competitor activity, and strategic opportunities to identify where the business should focus its efforts. You will transform these insights into commercial priorities, initiatives, and measurable actions.
You will also be responsible for developing and strengthening Plenit's strategic partner ecosystem in France. Working closely with your team and directly managing key accounts, you will identify opportunities to increase partner activation, revenue contribution, adoption of Plenit's portfolio, and long-term engagement.
As a player-coach, you will lead, develop, and inspire the sales team while remaining close enough to the business to actively support important opportunities, executive relationships, and strategic commercial decisions.
You will work closely with Marketing to improve lead generation and partner acquisition, with Customer Success to maximize partner satisfaction and retention, and with Product and Leadership teams to ensure that market feedback helps shape Plenit's long-term growth strategy.

Success in this role means that France becomes one of Plenit's strongest and most predictable growth markets.
The sales organization operates as a high-performing team with clear accountability, strong execution, and a consistent focus on commercial results. Pipeline generation is predictable, forecasting is accurate, and performance is continuously monitored through meaningful KPIs.
The number of active and revenue-generating partners grows steadily, with a strong focus on high-potential MSPs, distributors, integrators, VARs, and other technology partners. Existing partners increase their engagement, revenue contribution, platform adoption, and strategic commitment to Plenit.

The French commercial strategy continuously evolves based on market intelligence, partner feedback, competitive insights, and performance data, allowing the team to focus on the most impactful growth opportunities.
