Schneider Digital consists of six Digital Hubs strategically located around the world to provide 24/7 support across the company: France, China, India, the United States, Mexico, and Spain. Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is home to more than 450 employees working on strategic projects across a wide range of areas, including Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, IT Project Management, and Digital Marketing.
We are looking for a Product Owner Front Office (FO) to define, develop, and manage the lifecycle of the end-to-end (E2E) Front Office UNIFY standard business process and solution, while driving their continuous standardization. You will ensure that the solution addresses business and customer needs, aligns with the company’s overall strategy, and delivers measurable value across the organization. You will work closely with the Central UNIFY Ecosystem, Business Models, Operations and Deployment teams, as well as Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction teams. In close partnership with the Front Office Digital Lead, you will form a strong leadership team to shape the product vision, prioritize delivery, foster cross-functional alignment, and enable business transformation.
What will you do every day?
1) Strategic Planning and Vision
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Front Office business objectives and coordination across all Business Models.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps, while promoting standardization and simplification.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
2) Product Management
Lead the creation and evolution of the Front Office solution, including its pricing, positioning, and value proposition across O2C, Transactional, Projects and Equipment, Services, and Software activities.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer value and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, including their integration with SAP.
- Manage the lifecycle of the end-to-end Front Office UNIFY standard business process and solution, while supporting their continuous standardization and evolution.
3) Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and ensuring that it informs product decisions.
- Work with Business teams to develop product versioning and value documentation.
- Anticipate change management topics and the associated communication activities.
- Provide functional support during product version releases and technical updates.
- Foster alignment across the Central UNIFY Ecosystem, Business Models, Operations and Deployment teams, as well as Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction teams.
4) Value and Performance Monitoring
Monitor and report on product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data, business insights, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure that the solution delivers measurable value across the organization

What will make you successful:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- You have more than 10 years of professional experience, including at least five years in product management, offer development, or technical sales.
- You have a strong understanding of industrial automation, power systems, or electromechanical products.
- You have experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and ERP and CRM tools.
- You are able to define a product vision, build a roadmap, manage a backlog, and prioritize features based on customer value and business objectives.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
- You have a strong customer focus and are able to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements.
- You have excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- You are able to influence stakeholders, build collective alignment, and drive business transformation.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
You hold an MBA or a technical Master’s degree.- You have experience with SAP and with managing interfaces between business solutions and enterprise systems.
- You are familiar with business processes related to O2C, Transactional, Projects and Equipment, Services, or Software activities.
- You have experience in solution standardization and simplification, version management, and change management.
- You have experience monitoring product adoption and performance, value delivery, and customer satisfaction.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 96.480 - EUR 144.720 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
