A/CAFE is an Amsterdam-born, internationally growing café brand bringing specialty coffee and a vibrant atmosphere to city centers across Europe. With our new opening in Paris, we are building a passionate team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences.
Position Overview
We are currently hiring Baristas (full-time and part-time) who are enthusiastic about coffee, customer service, and teamwork. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Craft high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle orders and payments efficiently
- Work collaboratively with your team during busy shifts
Your Profile
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Experience in a café or similar role is an advantage
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (weekends and peak hours)
- English required; French is a strong plus
