Main mission
You will take responsibility for the Export Customer Service (ADV Export) team and ensure the smooth execution of international operations: order management, transport coordination, documentation, regulatory compliance, internal collaboration, and export customer relations. You play a strategic, operational, and cross‑functional role with a direct impact on site performance and service quality.
Your Responsibilities :
ADV Export Leadership & Strategy
- Deploy the ADV/Export strategy and unite the team around ambitious objectives.
- Structure priorities, secure operational flows, and ensure reliable and compliant execution.
Activity Monitoring & Performance
- Track ADV Export KPIs, analyze trends, and share key insights with regions, supply chain, quality, and international teams.
- Allocate customer portfolios to optimize workload and responsiveness.
Export Order Management
- Oversee the full order‑to‑delivery cycle for international customers.
- Prioritize workloads, support issue resolution, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Validate credit notes and ensure compliance with ADV processes.
International Transport & Documentation
- Optimize shipments (sea, air, road) while respecting negotiated conditions.
- Ensure full documentation compliance: incoterms, customs, certificates, regulatory documents, country‑specific requirements.
- Challenge proposed solutions to balance customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and logistical performance.
Internal Coordination & Global Customer Relations
- Work closely with quality, supply chain, finance, regulatory affairs, regional teams, and subsidiaries.
- Provide visibility to international customers and logistics partners.
- Promote proactive, transparent, and solution‑oriented communication.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with all requirements: quality, GMP, regulatory, customs, finance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead related initiatives.
Project Management
- Contribute to or lead cross‑functional projects related to ADV Export, digitalization, or process optimization.
Your profile :
Profile Required :
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing ADV, Export, Supply Chain, or Customer Service teams in an international environment.
- Strong leadership, ability to unite teams and make decisions in a demanding context.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and in multicultural environments.
- Fluent English is essential.
Key Skills :
- Mastery of export flows, incoterms, international transport, and documentation.
- Knowledge of international trade to challenge proposed solutions and suggest improvements.
- Strong understanding of export customer needs and ability to make relevant recommendations.
- Solid grounding in warehousing, logistics, quality, regulatory requirements, GMP, and finance.
- Strong analytical skills, service‑oriented mindset, and results‑driven approach.
