Key Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare, organize, and process office documents.
- Enter and update information accurately in company databases.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Respond to emails and provide administrative support.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
- Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure records remain accurate and confidential.
- Perform general office duties to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative or office experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable using office software and computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with a positive team-oriented approach.
- Eligibility to work in France.
Rémunération : 2 300,00€ à 2 900,00€ par mois
