Responsabilités
Rattaché(e) au Service Clients de notre société située à Poissy (78) et placé(e) sous la responsabilité du Responsable Conception Intégration situé au Royaume-Uni, vous soutenez les fonctions Ingénierie et Projets en planifiant, coordonnant et gérant les activités de l’équipe d’exécution, d’intégration et d’installation des projets, dans le cadre de la livraison des projets.
Vos missions principales ressemblent à :
Produire les schémas électriques et d’instrumentation ainsi que les dossiers documentaires destinés aux clients, à la production, aux achats, aux équipes d’installation et de mise en service, conformément aux besoins des projets.
Mettre à jour et maintenir les bibliothèques et standards AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
Intégrer les nouveaux produits et équipements dans les bibliothèques de plans .
Développer vos connaissances des systèmes CEMS (surveillance continue des émissions) et des systèmes de détection de gaz grâce au support technique et à la formation.
Assister les Ingénieurs Conception, Ingénieurs Systèmes, Techniciens Intégration, équipes d’installation sur site et Chefs de Projet dans la création des plans et documents nécessaires tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
Créer des modèles de plans pour le département Ingénierie.
Traiter les demandes de modification de conception et intégrer les changements requis dans les plans et documents des bibliothèques.
Soutenir les activités d’approvisionnement des projets en élaborant les listes d’achats et les demandes d’achat, en collaboration avec les Chefs de Projet, afin d’identifier et de mettre en œuvre les solution s les plus adaptées à chaque contrat.
Être l’interlocuteur principal entre les équipes d’intégration en France et au Royaume ‑ Uni, partager les informations clés, promouvoir les standards de dessin, fournir un support technique aux techniciens.
Titulaire d'un BTS Electrotechnique ou équivalent à minima.
Vous disposez d'une e xcellente maîtrise d’AutoCAD/SolidWorks ainsi que de MS Office.
De bonnes connaissances en électricité, e n instrumentation et en ingénierie des procédés sont essentielles.
Vous êtes très organisé(e) et consciencieux(se), avec un grand souci du détail, dans un environnement multi projets .
Une expérience dans la création et la gestion de plans et de documentation serait un atout.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.

Responsabilities
Based in the Customer Service department of our company in Poissy (78) and reporting to the Integration Design Lead based in the United Kingdom, you will support the Engineering and Projects departments by planning, coordinating and managing the activities of the project execution, integration and installation team, across project delivery and other ad hoc work requirements .
Your key responsibilities will include :
Producing electrical and instrumentation drawings and documentation packages for issuance to customers, production, installation and commissioning teams , according to projects’ needs .
Update and maintain AutoCAD/ SolidWorks libraries and standards.
Implement new products and equipment into libraries.
Scope for developing knowledge and understanding of CEMS (continuous emissions monitoring systems) and Gas Detection systems through technical support and training, with progression to Desing Engineer role.
Assisting Design Engineers, Systems Engineers , Integration Technicians, Site installation teams and the Project Manager s to generate the relevant drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Creating drawing templates for the Engineering Department.
Process design change requests and implement required changes into library drawings and documents.
Support project procurement activities by developing procurement lists and preparing purchase requests, working closely with Project Managers to identify and implement the most suitable solutions for each contract.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Integration teams in France and the UK, facilitating effective communication, sharing key information, promoting drawing standards, providing technical support to technicians.
Must hold a BTS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, as a minimum.
You have excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
A sound knowledge of electrical engineering, instrumentation and process engineering is essential.
You are highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-project environment.
Previous experience with creating and controlling drawings and documentation would be advantageous.
A good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
