Il/Elle est responsable de surveiller et de garantir la bonne application de toutes les procédures dans son service et travaille en étroite collaboration avec son responsable de département ainsi qu'avec tous les départements de l'hôtel.
About the role
The Sommelier is responsible for delivering quality service to our guests in compliance with Four Seasons standards. He/ She is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper application of all procedures in his department and works closely with his Head of Department as well as all departments of the hotel.
What you will do
Support Head Sommelier in managing the daily life of the department at the administrative level: Wine orders, purchasing forecasts, control of purchasing costs, sales prices.
