Could you be the Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Project Manager we are looking for in Saint-Ouen?
The Internal Communication Project manager has 3 main missions,
He/she is responsible for :
1.developing and leading the editorial strategy, governance and content of Managerial communication channels targeting Alstom People managers,
2. advising the Functions in the definition and implementation of their internal communication strategy that contributes to employees’ engagement, as the communication leads to an improved understanding of the company’s strategy.
3.coordinating cross-department activities
Lead & strengthen Managerial communications
- General: provide (top) managers with regular (and irregular if critical) business information, updates and strategic insights, mainly to allow for their work-related preparation and to be able to communicate to their teams
- Lead the Management communication routines (especially QMTT, managerial cascade)
- Govern and support Regional/Country/site comms, managers to communicate and create forums of discussion with their team
- Govern the different tools and channels for Managerial Comms, like Quarterly Management Team Talk format, Conventions, Webinars, Intranet Corner, newsletter, etc.
- Lead equipment of managers with managerial communication understanding and skills: Deploy and promote Managerial comms online & physical training & guide. Ensure promotion and onboarding on HR, comms and managers, and ‘advertise’ the material and best practices
- Continuously evaluate and improve Managerial communications
Project manage Functions communication strategy
Main functions in charge (can evolve): Strategy, Finance, Digital services…
- Based on the Functions roadmap, support and advise Functions to define their internal communication strategy to promote the key topics, in line with the company’s strategy, general messaging and global comms plan, in order to boost managers & employees’ engagement but also the understanding and ownership of the company’s strategy
- Deploy and implement the Functions’ projects communication plans, with the support of the Functions team
- Identify and manage the production of messaging platforms and specific communication supports - to Managers and to all employees (webinars, cascading decks, article, posters, videos, intranet hubs…), through meaningful storytelling.
- Define available budget with Functions and respect/manage it
Communication network animation
- Give visibility and onboard the internal and external comms network of upcoming activities, planning and resources needed to deploy
- Provide guidance, contents and communication support for the deployment of global internal comms actions of Functions
- Collect feedback about local internal comms activities and initiatives
- Contribute to the animation of the internal comms network
- Liaise with Communication teams: media team, brand, event and audiovisual to project manage the coms actions
Strategic planning and operations coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure efficient delivery and optimisation of the Department core processes, content management and ways of working
- Manage core initiatives such as coms employees onboarding programs, budget forecasting, and annual communications planning
