We are currently recruiting for a Store Construction Project Manager to sit within the European team, based in our Paris office. You will be reporting into the Head of Store Construction, working cross functionally with store design, store development and maintenance teams, as well as managing third party suppliers, across all markets.
You will be responsible for managing the project execution though all phases, from giving inputs on projects’ feasibility through handover to the store management team. The role offers travel across Europe, which is dependent on the projects you are responsible for managing at one time.

What you will be responsible for :
Selecting, propose, qualify, and procure all design elements and owner furnished materials of the store design concept. Developing a mix of suppliers that allow for the optimal tradeoffs among costs, installation and durability of materials
What we are looking for :
Degree in Project management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, architecture or equivalent
