Major Account Manager – MSSP (France)

We are seeking a Major Account Manager to drive direct sales growth within the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and service provider ecosystem in France .
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of MSSP accounts, driving revenue growth, expanding platform adoption, and building strong executive relationships within complex, technical organisations.
As Major Account Manager – MSSP, you will:
- Own and grow a portfolio of MSSP and service provider customers across France
- Drive direct sales of Fortinet cybersecurity solutions into MSSP organisations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and platform adoption
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships across MSSP leadership, security, operations, and procurement teams
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Expand Fortinet’s cybersecurity footprint across MSSP environments
- Manage full sales cycles from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure
- Position Fortinet as a strategic cybersecurity platform partner within MSSP organisations
- Work closely with internal sales engineering, product specialists, and technical teams to support complex sales cycles
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and consistent achievement of quarterly revenue targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements that support long-term growth and platform adoption
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers across France
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to MSSPs on platform strategy, architecture, and security transformation
We Are Looking For
A commercially driven cybersecurity sales professional with strong experience selling into MSSPs, service providers, or telecom operators in a direct vendor environment .
Essential Experience
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience
- At least 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity or networking solutions directly into MSSPs, service providers, or telecom operators
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity platforms and enterprise security architectures
- Strong ability to engage executive, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Experience working in large, structured organisations with formal procurement and governance processes
- Proven ability to consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Based in Paris and able to operate effectively across the region

Highly Desirable
- Experience selling into Tier 1 MSSPs or national service providers
- Background in cybersecurity vendors or networking/security platform companies
- Strong understanding of MSSP business models and security service delivery environments
- Experience selling Fortinet or comparable cybersecurity platforms
- Knowledge of the French cybersecurity and service provider ecosystem
Strong track record in platform-based, multi-solution cybersecurity selling
