We’re Hiring: Junior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
Our Cost Management department is expanding rapidly! As cost management becomes a vital pillar across all our real estate projects, we are looking for a motivated Junior QS to join our team in October 2026.
If you want hands-on experience across a highly diverse portfolio of international projects, this is the perfect next step for your career.
The Role & Projects:
- Diverse Portfolio: Work on everything from major Office Fit-outs (1,500 – 5,000 sqm) and complex Building Refurbishments (structural, technical, and interior) to Industrial builds, with upcoming ventures into Hospitality and Data Centers.
- Geographic Scope: Based in Paris, with projects spanning the Paris region, Switzerland, and Belgium.
- Growth: Join a booming department where your work directly impacts project delivery from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Junior+ profile.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; French is required to navigate our local and international project pipeline.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to take on diverse asset classes.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: €43k – €45k (depending on experience)
- Start Date: October 2026 (Full-Time)
