We are seeking a Deputy Director for Arbitration and ADR – Europe to support the growth and visibility of ICC Dispute Resolution Services across Europe.
In this role you will assist in developing and promoting ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) across the European continent, to support the implementation of regional strategy and priorities. In addition to this, you will also key role in promoting and developing the business of the ICC Hearing Centre, positioning it as the venue of choice for hearings, mediations and dispute resolution proceedings in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving growth and engagement
- Help drive the regional strategy and workplan, and represent ICC in internal and external meetings and engagements as required.
- Leverage ICC’s network and expand the adoption of ICC Arbitration, ADR and related dispute resolution services across Europe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate counsel, law firms, arbitral institutions, chambers of commerce and public-sector stakeholders.
- Represent ICC across the regional dispute resolution community, strengthening visibility, influence and market presence.
- Initiate and steer business development initiatives for the ICC Hearing Centre, increasing its visibility, utilisation and positioning as a premier venue for international dispute resolution proceedings.
Delivering insight and opportunities
- Monitor legal, arbitration and business trends across Europe to identify growth opportunities and emerging user needs.
- Provide strategic market intelligence to support regional and global development priorities.
- Manage and track stakeholder engagement and business development opportunities/pipelines and outcomes to maximise impact and inform decision-making.
Strengthening ICC's regional impact
- Develop and deliver events, content and engagement initiatives that reinforce ICC's leadership in dispute resolution across the region.
- Organise and participate in regional conferences, seminars, including coordinating programmes, budgets and logistics more broadly.
Collaborate across ICC's global network to promote knowledge sharing, strengthen client engagement and advance business development priorities.
