We are looking for a Partner Program Manager – for 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud Adoption. Reporting to the Global Indirect Sales (CPE) organization, you will contribute to the development of the indirect business by supporting partners and GEO teams in identifying new growth drivers. You will specifically be in charge of growing the revenue generated by our Design and Engineering portfolio on Cloud SaaS, through our partner network. There will be an increasing focus on industrial AI solutions offers to accelerate demand.
Position based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (France) – Permanent contract
Role & Responsibilities
Your role involves strengthening the commercial and business capabilities of our partner ecosystem so that they become trusted advisors to their clients, capable of effectively promoting and supporting the business processes addressed by Dassault Systèmes solutions.
You will be part of the Portfolio Offer and Customer Success Team Acceleration team within the global indirect sales organization (“CPE – Customer Process Experience”), in a cross-functional role combining go-to-market strategy, partner development, sales coordination, enablement, and growth management.
You will work in an international environment in close collaboration with the indirect sales, partner development, business transformation, acquisition, GEO, marketing,
and integrator partner teams.
Define and implement partner growth strategies:
- Develop go-to-market strategies centered on core 3DEXPERIENCE Design and Engineering solutions within our Cloud SaaS portfolio.
- Define and roll out Cloud adoption and customer success best practices.
- Develop proposals and enablement plans for migrating existing customers, upselling, cross-selling and acquiring new customers.
- Identify and launch new commercial initiatives to accelerate growth.
Drive the growth of the partner network:
- Build and drive 3-year growth plans via the Dassault Systèmes partner network.
- Support GEO teams and partners in their business planning, sales planning and business development activities.
- Monitor performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
Develop strategic relationships with partners and GEOs
- Build trusting relationships with local Sales Managers to understand market challenges, partner potential and development opportunities.
- Define actionable growth strategies tailored to regional specificities.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with the Partner Development, Acquisition, Business Transformation, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to the achievement of shared objectives at a global level.
Managing the partner ecosystem
- Design and run internal, partner and customer events, both in person and online.
- Help partners develop their skills in 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA solutions.
- Promote best sales practices and development strategies.
