Your missions :
As part of the Ecat iD Campus, you will be responsible for defining the scope and managing the project management of cross-application integrations, as well as contributing to data quality, consistency, and governance. The role serves as the interface between business teams and partners (software vendors/integrators), with contributions to application support and Level 3 coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
The role focuses on application integration, application project management, and data management/quality.
- Integrate and analyze data flows between CRM, PLM, ERP, EDM, and related applications.
- Ensure the consistency, integrity, and quality of exchanged data.
- Draft and/or validate exchange specifications (formats, mapping rules, validations, traceability requirements).
- Support and manage integrators (scheduling, deliverables, action plans, acceptance testing, go-live).
- Provide Level 2 application support and coordinate Level 3 interventions (vendors/integrators); document best practices (documentation, procedures, lessons learned).
- Implement targeted automations via low-code platforms (depending on internal tools) to enhance process reliability and streamline workflows.
One-time data analysis and mapping (SQL, CSV/JSON/XML) as well as end-to-end testing. Advanced data exchange orchestration (ETL/ESB, API development) is carried out by integrators/vendors under the supervision of the team.
Your profile :
Essential technical skills:
SQL (data diagnostics, analytical queries).
Low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate / Make, or equivalent depending on the environment).
General knowledge of CRM, PLM, ERP, and EDM environments.
Data exchange formats: CSV, XML, JSON; basic understanding of APIs (reading specifications, simple testing).
Optional:
Basic understanding of integration (ETL/ESB, REST/SOAP services).
Data modeling; ability to document workflows (e.g., BPMN).
Basic understanding of workflow monitoring and log analysis.
