Project Manager Officer (PMO) – 18-Month Mission
Are you an expert in Project Management (PM) with a passion for driving operational excellence? Do you thrive in structuring PMO processes within a complex industrial environment?
We are looking for a Project Manager Officer to join our Business Excellence department for an 18-month fixed-term contract (CDD).
The Role:
Reporting to the Portfolio Director the Portfolio Officer, you will be responsible for defining the best practices for Project Management, Governance and KPI reporting, liaising with the portfolio leads within the Group, upskilling project leads as required and being the point of contact for Risk, Compliance and Resilience for the Business Excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
BUILD :
Lead the Industry alignment and deployment on supporting templates, tools and training to support the PMO.
Maintain and continuously improve the PMO function – best practices, standards etc.
Support the adoption of the PM digital solution to drive standardization in portfolio planning, reporting, and Project management.
Build PMO / project management capability plan for Industry organization
Continuously improve the PMO processes to drive value for the organization.
RUN :
Support the PMO governance at the industry level - ensuring organizational goals, timelines and budgets are met.
Lead advance Project management capabilities across the Industry organization through training programs, coaching and clinics etc.
Coordinate activities regarding process confirmation / maturity assessments of PMO processes across Industry and ensure action plans are progressing as planned.
Support the organization to embed PMO, including benchmarking in PMO capabilities and practices.
Key User for digital tools
Responsible for the required indicators and must succeeds for the Portfolio function
Coordinating with project leads to ensure on-time reporting with high quality data
Support Portfolio director and lead strategic projects, as required
Take an active role in the Risk, Compliance, Resilience community with Technical and Compliance Services.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or a proven experience in project management pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Experience in the application of waterfall and agile project methodologies
Strong collaboration skills
Effective communication and people skills with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and manage risks.
Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset to keep pace with evolving practices, techniques, and technologies.
