- Support transformation projects across strategy, operations, and technology
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
- Design new operating models and organizational capabilities
- Implement change management and employee engagement programs
- Build strong relationships with regional client stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or corporate transformation roles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent in French and English
