Your mission: to make every moment with our customers a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience—from the first "hello" to the last transaction. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Welcoming each customer like a distinguished guest: in-store or remotely, you'll offer clear, practical, and personalized solutions (returns, rentals, second-life purchases, financing, etc.).

Providing a simple, fast, and tailored payment experience for each situation (traditional checkout, mobile, self-checkout, etc.).

Managing online orders (click & collect, ship from store, etc.) with efficiency, traceability, and a user-friendly experience upon pickup.

Contributing to the store's omnichannel performance by streamlining customer journeys and processing feedback to enhance the overall experience.

Selling with heart, directing customers to the right product or service, even if it's online or in stock elsewhere—because a well-advised customer is a happy customer.
