Job Description
Provide high-level operational and administrative support to Global Publishing leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective coordination across teams, and optimized executive efficiency. Act as a trusted business partner, facilitating communication, planning, and organizational effectiveness across a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities :

Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones (Europe/Asia/USA).

Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including bookings, itineraries, approvals, and travel-related issue resolution.

Organize leadership meetings, workshops, off-sites, team events, and company gatherings from planning through execution.

Support department operations through budget tracking, expense management, procurement requests, and administrative processes.

Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.

Anticipate business needs, prioritize requests, and proactively resolve operational challenges.

Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive matters.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive effective ways of working across the department.
Qualifications

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, international organization.

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

Fluent in English and French

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Experience coordinating travel, meetings, events, and operational activities.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
