The Role
We are looking for a structured, hands-on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.
You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.
What you’ll do:

Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams

Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination

Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)

Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n

Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling
Requirements
What we’re looking for:

Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role

Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams

Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation (n8n, ActivePieces, Make)

Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)

Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
