As a Security Analyst, you are responsible for handling reports and incidents. Furthermore, you take on operational tasks related to cybersecurity and risk management.
As a Security Analyst, you work within the team, which deals with the handling of reported security incidents.
Additionally, you also contribute to following up on vulnerabilities and managing digital security risks, with an emphasis on the proactive aspect and preventing incidents.
In doing so, you maintain close contact with our internal helpline, our SOC, and the operational ICT teams and suppliers.
- You support the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines during security incident handling and coordinate these incidents based on predefined procedures. - You will be responsible for the quality with which you apply the incident response process.
- You optimize the collaboration between the various stakeholders in this process, primarily the ICT call center, the SOC, IT service providers, your colleagues within the Systems and Operations department, and the Applications department.
- You handle the various incidents with the necessary confidentiality.
- You handle the reporting on security incidents.
- You ensure the escalation of serious cyber incidents to the CSIRT; in doing so, you act as the point of contact for the customer and SOC, and help coordinate the proper handling of the incident.
- You are responsible for security-related approvals in the RFF process.
- You assist in the registration, follow-up, and mitigation of security risks.
- You uphold information security mission and philosophy every day, and encourage your colleagues and suppliers to follow these principles.
- You contribute to converting security guidelines & policies into operational procedures and work instructions. Demonstrable business experience regarding privacy management (DPO certification)
You have the following skills
Demonstrable experience as a SOC Analyst
Demonstrable experience with threat intelligence platforms such as MISP
Demonstrable experience with vulnerability management
Demonstrable knowledge and experience regarding Information Security Management (ISO2700x)
Demonstrable technical knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux Servers
Demonstrable technical knowledge and experience with EDR/XDR
Demonstrable technical knowledge and experience with networks
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

You have at least 1 year of professional experiences in IT
