About the Role
As the
Account Management Lead for the Rhône-Alpes Hub, you will be the driving force behind our success in one of France's most dynamic regions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and local execution. You will ensure your team prioritizes the right levers to drive business performance, maintains healthy marketplace metrics, and delivers an exceptional experience to our restaurant partners. This role is a unique blend of
people leadership,
strategic planning,
and hands-on operational excellence.

- High-stakes negotiations: Support your AMs in complex negotiations with top-tier restaurant partners and local icons.
- Data analysis: Uber wouldn't be Uber without all of our data! You will autonomously create analyses and dashboards and help your team "crunch the numbers" to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the local ambassador for the Rhône-Alpes hub. Work closely with the central teams in Paris to align local initiatives with the national strategy.
- Basic Qualifications -

- A "go get it" attitude. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Preferred Qualifications -
- A deep understanding of the Rhône-Alpes business landscape and a genuine passion for its restaurant industry.
- Ability to see the "big picture" while staying obsessed with the small operational details that make a marketplace successful.
