What we need now: a CMO who unifies and elevates our marketing function to match our ambitions — and turns existing traction into a scalable growth machine.
That's the role we're creating. For you.
You join the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the CEO. You walk into a functioning marketing team and a product with real traction — your job is to set the direction, raise the ambition, and build the engine that scales it.
Product positioning & narrative - You define how the market perceives us. You will work closely with tech and product to translate complex technical capabilities into messages that resonate with B2B buyers. You align Product, Sales, and Comms around a single, differentiated story.
Digital marketing & acquisition - You own the full acquisition chain: GEO/SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, social, web performance. You build a full-funnel engine focused on pipeline — with a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: CAC, conversion, attribution.
Operational marketing - Product launches, events, ABM, partner co-marketing: you plan it, you run it. You lead and elevate an existing team — Head of Growth, Content, Product Marketing — aligning everyone around a shared revenue agenda and raising the collective bar.
Direct revenue contribution - Marketing-sourced pipeline is yours to own. You measure it, defend it at board level, and are accountable for it.
