Le service clients/marchés de BD est un partenaire stratégique de nos clients et de nos entreprises. Il se concentre sur la création d'expériences exceptionnelles pour les clients et génère une croissance du chiffre d'affaires
Responsabilités principales:
- Gérer les prix des clients en appel d'offres, des offres et des tarifs

Planifier le traitement des dossiers et la coordination de la constitution des dossiers avec les services marketing & ventes, affaires médicales, qualité, distributeurs, etc.

Mettre à jour les prix et les contrats dans nos systèmes informatiques pour permettre l'enregistrement des commandes

Transmettre les informations prix à la force de vente, aux unités BD, au service client et aux clients pour les demandes de prix/tarifs/marchés validés

Gérer les tickets et réclamations de service en relation avec les prix, les boites mails communes au service commercial, la formation des commerciaux sur le système de gestion des AOs, le processus de reconduction des AOs et renouvellement des offres de prix dans les délais imposés

Collaborer activement à tous les projets de service tels qu'amélioration de processus, nouvelles stratégies, etc.
Profil recherché:
- Diplôme Bac+2 (assistante de gestion, assistante de manager, MUC ou autre)

3 ans d'expérience professionnelle préalable, idéalement dans la construction de dossiers d'appels d'offres.

Connaissance avancée d'Excel et de Word

Rigueur, aptitude au travail en équipe, aptitude à la communication orale et écrite (incl. orthographe)

Anglais - niveau professionnel
Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 33 000 à 38 000 EUR / an
