Your Responsibilities
- Support small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram advertising solutions.
- Assist clients via live chat, email, and outbound phone calls.
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while providing troubleshooting and product guidance.
- Identify common advertiser challenges and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Help clients make the most of the platform's advertising tools and features.
Your Profile
- C2-level French with B2-level English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
