As part of the deployment of a new System and/or Software Development Engineering workshop, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the client’s development and methods/quality teams in order to propose, demonstrate and deploy tool-based Requirements Management process solutions with the aim of optimising Requirements Engineering.
You will be responsible for :
- The analysis of the existing and the needs for evolution of the tool-processes, the identification of the problems, the assistance in the diagnosis and the formalization of the improvement, migration and deployment plan.
- Proposing and supporting appropriate strategies according to the analyses and needs detected.
- Design, preparation/testing of migration, structuring and support of solutions.
- Deployment and validation of implemented solutions.
Training users in the tools and methods used.
- Training users in the tools and methods used.
- Application of operational procedures to meet the needs of production base modifications.
- Advising on the study of new solutions (choice of software, hardware, network architecture, etc.).
- Capitalising on experience feedback.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ higher education in software development and/or you have at least 2 years’ experience in this type of position.
- You are familiar with tools such as DOORS (DXL) and/or Trek/RMF and/or RRC (Rational Requirement Composer) preferably, or another requirements traceability tool.
- You are autonomous with good writing and communication skills.
- As ABlogiX services are aimed at an international clientele, the candidate must have a good command of English, both spoken and read.
- You have implemented a requirements management practice in a formal or Agile methodological approach.
- You are familiar with repositories for the proper writing and management of requirements such as IREB, ICOSE.
