Key Responsibilities
- Online Product Management
- Manage product listings for partner supermarkets across online platforms, including product launches, delisting, price updates, and maintenance of product images and descriptions.
- Verify product categories, specifications, and details to ensure all online product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Inventory Management
- Synchronize in-store inventory with online platform stock levels on a daily basis.
- Monitor and update out-of-stock, discontinued, and near-expiry products to prevent overselling and inventory discrepancies.
- Promotional Campaign Operations
- Configure and manage store-specific promotional campaigns on food delivery platforms, including discounts, spend-and-save offers, product promotions, and limited-time campaigns.
- Monitor campaign launches, verify implementation, evaluate performance, and make necessary adjustments.
- Order Fulfilment Support
- Assist with online order picking, product verification, and packing processes within the store.
- Support daily fulfilment operations to reduce picking errors and improve order accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with the Paris operations team to communicate inventory issues, promotional exceptions, product updates, and operational requirements.
- Report store operational data and escalate urgent issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Available for an internship of at least 6 months, with flexibility to work 35 hours per week according to store operating schedules.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, or online operations is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in French (spoken and written) with basic English reading and writing skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility with good communication skills, particularly in coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting operational issues effectively.
Supermarket Operation Intern 商超运营实习生
岗位职责
- 商品线上管理:负责合作超市线上店铺商品上新、下架、调价、图文信息维护,核对商品分类、规格、详情,保证线上商品信息准确完整
- 库存管控:每日同步线下实物库存与平台线上库存,及时处理缺货、临期、断货商品,避免超卖、库存信息不一致问题
- 平台活动运营:在外卖 App 后台配置门店专属营销活动(满减、折扣、单品优惠、限时活动等),跟进活动上线、效果核对与调整
- 拣货履约支持:协助门店线上订单抓货、分拣核对,配合拣货流程,减少错单、漏单,提升订单履约效率
- 跨部门对接:线上对接巴黎团队,同步门店库存问题、活动异常、商品整改需求,同步门店运营数据与突发问题
任职要求
- 可实习 6 个月及以上,工作时间灵活,能配合门店营业时段排班(35h/per week)
- 做事细心严谨,逻辑清晰,反应灵活,学习能力强,踏实肯干,能主动发现并解决运营问题
- 有仓储、商超、物流、电商线上运营相关实习 / 兼职经验优先
- 语言:法语流利沟通,具备基础英语读写能力
- 责任心强,擅长线上跨团队沟通,具备基础问题梳理、反馈能力
