DESCRIPTION
In order to accompany our development, we are looking for Prestige Real Estate Negotiators
You have a successful business experience and/or you have a relational portfolio.
Our negotiators work within a professional and international team in a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere.
We offer you a motivating remuneration according to the status of salaried sales representative or sales agent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listing, valuation and sale / rental of real estate both residential.
- Execution of marketing activities in the assigned area.
- Organize and make visits to the properties.
- Support to buyers and sellers customers during the sale / rental process.
- Analysis of the market and competition of the assigned area.
- Establish and maintain a solid network of contacts in the area with clients, owners, opinion leaders or complementary companies.
- Register of properties and activities in John Taylor CRM system.
- Participation in team meetings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Mastery of commercial techniques
Ability to collaborate
Fluency in English is mandatory, a second language is a plus.

Mastery of Windows tools and the Office Pack
Knowledge of the French Riviera market
