You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in production management, continuous improvement , or a related field. You have at least 5 YEARS of experience in the industrial or seed sector. You are familiar with LEAN tools and methods (Green Belt certification would be an asset) , but also industry-centered tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, 5W2H, Ishikawa diagram, FTA, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). You are comfortable with computers and data manipulation. As a good communicator, you will be able to listen to your colleagues, understand the situations and challenges faced by our teams. Solution-oriented, you'll appear mature and legitimate to analyze situations rigorously and propose projects tailored to the company needs.
